Report a Lost Device
If you suspect your phone was sold to an ecoATM here’s what to do:
Step 1: Report it to the relevant authorities
- Contact your carrier and notify them that your device has been lost. They can blacklist your phone, preventing others from being able to use it, and potentially offer you additional assistance.
- If you've been the victim of a crime (ie. phone theft) please file a police report with the local police department where the crime occurred. You can do this by calling their office, though some allow reports to be filed online. You will need your device's IMEI number which can be found on the original box, through your carrier, through your iCloud account for Apple devices, or through Find My Device with your Google account for Android devices.
Step 2: Fill out the Lost Device Contact Form
If your device was sold to us, this will help us locate your phone. The more information you are able to provide, the better we are able to help. Make sure you have access to the email provided on this form and keep an eye out for updates and next steps.
